On 12 June 2022, the 2022 NCUST graduation ceremony for international graduates was held both online and offline simultaneously. Professor Qi Xiwei, vice president of the university attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided by Zhang Yidong, dean of International Education College.

Qi turned the tassels and  granted bachelor’s degree to 2022 international graduates. He, on behalf of the university, expressed congratulations to all international graduates and showed gratitude to teaching staff for their tireless efforts. Qi stated that all graduates are expected to be equipped with a global perspective and be broad-minded, and bear in mind the belief——selfless contribution and to heal the wounded and save the dying, to safeguard the global public health security and make contributions to the community of shared future for mankind; they are expected to extract Chinese wisdom and spread Chinese culture, to continue studying Chinese to present compelling China stories, and to be promoters of Chinese culture across the world and ambassadors of China-Pakistan friendship; Finally, they are expected to be both persistent in study and concentrated on hard work, to advance and enrich the university motto“Work for the truth and virtues”, and to bear in mind for what they start with their life journey and have a down-to-earth attitude, spur with long accumulation and practice what they have preach, and finally become the core force of the new era.

 Professor Wang Xianzhi, director of International Cooperation Department of the University announced NCUST’s Decision on Graduation Granting of 35 Recipients from 2022 International Graduates of Clinical Medicine and NCUST’s Decision on Bachelor’s Degrees Conferral for 35 Recipients from 2022 International Graduates of Clinical Medicine. Associate Professor Han Zhandong, vice dean of International Education College announced NCUST’s Decision to Award Excellence of 2022 International Graduates and NCUST’s Decision to Award 2021-2022 Excellence in International Student Leadership.
 

    As a representative of teaching staff,  Associate Professor Zhang Bonan from the School of Basic Medical Sciences, gave a speech.

  As a representative of international students, Muhammad Rafiq Bilal, a graduate from Pakistan, gave a speech.

   Directors and teachers from International Cooperation Department, International Education College and related schools of the university, along with all graduate candidates of class 2022 attended this ceremony.
